[Resolved] Fastway — 3 fastway cable connection barred even after payment done in advance | |||
Very poor service of Fastway cable in Mohali. Such a bad experience. Very poor service is provided by Fastway cable operator in phase 1 Mohali. I have 3 Fastway connections on my name Ranjit Singh # Kothi no 2, phase 1, Mohali since from last one year. All these 3 connections stops working from last 6 days and i am repeatedly lodging complaints to the Fastway cable operator from same day on mobile number [protected] (Local service provider) but he always gives false assurance. In the last on 10/08/14 i Launch complaint on Fastway customer care number [protected] and i was shocked that out of three only one connection is working on my name that too with wrong address and all are not working due to non payment though i had paid Rs550/- in advance on 02/08/14. Moreover when Fastway customer care executive talk to Local service provider on mobile number [protected] through conference from my phone then he agrees regarding this and agrees to send mail for activation but till date connections are barred due to non payment. Such a bad experience with your service.
