[Resolved] Fastway — Complaint against local cable operator & Fastway complaint centre | |||
Dear Sir I am facing problem from fastway channel again & again. I also called my local cable operator but he is not responding. Recently i had registered my complaint regarding non-working of my cable.My complaint no is 495832 yesterday. Attendant assured me your problem will be sorted out within 6 hours. Today i called again, but problem is same.They are giving time again. I told to attendant that i will file complaint in consumer court against this harassment. attendant Ms bharti told no problem. The cable operator is actually irresponsible. We got the connection on the 1st and the connection suspended giving a code error E 111 that is of non payment. How could it be? Before 1 month it can't be due. Fastway operators are giving a different information and forwarded a wrong no. Then they said they can just tell us about what does a code error mean and we can write a mail if we have a problem with the cable operator. What if we can't mail... Like the connection is of my mom this time I am escalating it for her but what if I'm not here? What about senior citizens as customers?? They don't have a right to complaint. We managed to speak to the cable operator, he sd fastway people are giving an incorrect information, the line or the cable is broken. Today the fasway people hv given another no and sd the working hours of cable operators are over call tomorrow.. I mean it's a run around. Totally unprofessional. When they have to the money everything is in place, all ruled and dates... What about 2 days compensation??
