Fastway Harassed By Operator — Difficult to get new Stb

I am rajat mahajan from amritsar, i want to add one more connection, new set top box. I am requesting to my operator for new connection at least from one month but still no one comes, everytime i call they make excuses like wiring, collection etc. Si this is my problem operator harrassing me ...plz look at this
