Dear Sir, I have A Set Top Box connection with you in the name of Jamal Uddin House No. 369 FF, Sector 80, Mohali, With MAC No. BCC81078217E AND. I have Error No. 104, No Signal since last two months. I am calling your customer care no[protected] Regularly From 22.02.2015 as per detail below… Date Complaint No. 22.02.2015 1279620 24.02.2015 1288712 28.02.2015 1302937 02.03.2015 1314341 18.03.2015 1368705 29.03.2015 1409784 31.03.2015 1420084 01.04.2015 1422892 03.04.2015 1431238 4:4:15 1434923 and 5:4:[protected] I Have also called on local cable operator’s office no. [protected] but no response received from there. What A man. No response till now. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue ASAP.
