Setup box stopped working on 16.07.2014. On our complaint a man from the Cable operator (Mobile No [protected]) took away the setup box after telling the it will be checked to find out the fault. After one hour on our enquiry the cable operator told that it is non repairable and a new setup box has to installed for which she told that we have to pay Rs1200/-. As we were not aware about the procedure and were desperate to see tv programmes we agreed to what she told us. When the boy came with a new setup box we asked him whether a receipt for money being paid would be issued, he told that no receipt will be issued. When we insisted for receipt then he told that if you want to get the setup box installed without receipt, he is ready otherwise he is leaving and thereafter he left.
Thereafter I lodged a complaint on [protected] on 16.07.2014. I have made at least 10 calls to know status of my complaint, and stock reply from there is complaint has been forwarded, wait you will be informed.
I have contacted the cable operator on 18.07.2014 who told me that you have to pay Rs1200/- otherwise neither your setup box will be returned nor repaired. She told that she had taken over the connections from another operator after paying Rs1800/- per connection.
After facing so much mental tension without any fault I am no more interested in continuing with Fast Way. I will request that I no more want setup box but my security of Rs 700/- may be got refunded.

After seeing their working and facing so much mental tension from the last four days, I am no more interested in continuing with Fast Way but my security may got refunded
