Fastway — sound disturbance in our tv channels

We have cable connection with fastway we have again and again verbally complaint to Arora cables about disturbance in TV sound through cable they do not solve my complaint.we pay always330/-in time every month .I also requested to change my set top box they said we can't change.this set top box only from our company is fastway.they issue us old set top box.and they have promise us to change next month but they have not change.

Updated by nkmehmi2009 I know we have no substitute of. Fastway cable that's why we are watching TV through fastway.fast ways should give us good quality sound.we are paying monthly rent for quality sound and pictures.if fastway has no technique for good quality and sound.please inform us we will go another service provider.
