Dear sir, My name is ajay rana... I live in military satation kapurthala... My complaint is about your fastway cable service. Your cable service is not working for 20 day... 01 may 2017 to present day.. And i will try contact your cable opretor but no his call not respondin from his side... And i will doing 3 complaint in your customer care services. ([protected]). My complaint numbers. 1. 4560022 (Crn[protected] on 13 may 2017. 2.4568036 (Crn[protected] on 15 may 2017. 3. 4568036 (Crn-2562939 on 16 may 2017. But my complaint has not been resolverd. Cable is shutted of by local operator from last three month.
Last week he starts tge cable and collect fee for same after a fay of collection he switched off the canle whole village is fed up from last 3 month from local operator
Whenever we call him he reject the call and use rude behaviour

today i talk with you, save my number 9463200370, 9466552299
I order hd set top box from last 15 days but every time customer care they just book a complaint and they didn't send any set top box and if I contact my cable operator they never listen our problem.
