Sir/ mam,
I want to put complaint regarding fastway cable operators suraj cable t. V. For using abuse language to his customer.
On 15 feb they came to collect monthly payment at that time some channels are alread showing error 109. When i asked them he told me that according to new rules new tv plan selected by user will be broadcast from upcoming week. And they said we have to pay 320 rs regular payment of february. After argue we paid 320 rs and i am attaching this payment slip in attachment. We are paying monthly payment in advance.
From yesterday most of the channels are showing error 109. Today my father called the person who came to collect payment he said sir your payment is in due. At that time i took phone from my father and told that we are paying in advance already. And i said him your saying different thing to me and to my father. Suddenly his attitude and voice tune changed. He started to say abuse words to me. I said him sir what language you are using, mind it. Still he says soo many bad things to me a customer and cutt-off the call from his side.
Strict actions should be taken against that person. I really appreciate it how they talk to me.
I don't know if there will be any steps taken against him or not, i will insure u that he will regret it.
