FastWay Transmission — Complaint not attended

Respected Sir,
It is intimated that Today I called Sonu, his mobile number is [protected], that our cable is not working since morning, but he gave me another contact number i. e [protected] & said that This is not my area, u can call on [protected] number. There after I called on this number which is the number of Aman, aman said Pls wait I will do. It is regretted to inform u that my cable is not working and complaint not attended. This is not first time, many time our complaint were not attended.
So. plz resolve my complaint immediately. otherwise I will cut off my cable connections. I have two connections.
