I have 3 connections at my home of fastway and 2 months back shifted from local cable to fastway. Since day 1 cable is not working properly error 104 and blurred picture keep on reflecting on the screen. Have complaint ffor the same multiple time to local spoc but everytime he says either there is some problem with the emplifier or cable wire needs to be replaced. But nothing has happened till date. Can i have any person number to whom i can speak this and he can sort it out. Since 2 months facing this issue and nobody is replying with satisfactory answer. Request you to kindly address my issue or disconnect connection and refund our payment as i have paid 3 months advance money.
