FastWay Transmission — fastway not working from past 3 days | |||
Dear Sir, I am a resident of Chandigarh and I want to register a complaint against fastway cable network.My fastway cable network is not working from past 3 days (since 10.6.2019 ) . we have contacted our local cable operator CCN cable Manimajra area but he is unable to resolve the issue. It is showing the error code E104. Today 12.06.2019 I contacted more than 12-13 times(from both my numbers) the customer care on both the number Toll Free :[protected] Mobile:[protected] provide by the fastway .when contacted the girl was not even interested in saying "hello "and was disconnecting the call again and again listing to my words that I need to register a complaint.This number is toll free and PAN India number and the same Punjabi speaking girl will pick the call indicating that the fastway does not even have a proper customer case centre and executives.even if you select to speak in Hindi and English the same girl will pick the call and speck in Punjabi(really funny).Now they asked for the error code I provided them and them asked fro some MAC number or MQ code I do not know exactly what information she was asking for, (as the voice was not audible) as there is only one number visible on our white coloured set top box.Set top box number GCR-AC2932FW.and to get this info from my home I have to call my mother gain and again and she did not even hold the number and was continuously disconnecting the number and now they are saying that my number has exceeded the max number of calls limit to fastway . I want my problem to be solved on the prority basis.There is not even the contact number or their director /executiveavailable. Can someone please help me out!Also can someone tell me what information she was asking for to register the complaint and how to get that? When we have to take so much pain in registering a complaint then I do not know whether this issue will be solved or not. BAD SERVICE WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY. NO CUSTOMER HANDLING PROCESS. Cable tv mai hamare bataye plan se chanel nahi chal rhe hai. operator ko kai bar chanel slect kr ke de diye hai lekin oprator apni marji se chanel chala rha hai or fastway k hisab se packeg lene ke liye keh rha hai.
