FastWay Transmission — misbehaving and signal problem | |||
I am connected with fastway from last 5 years and i have one connection. But i'm feel very sad when our cable operator does not listen our problems and from fortnight there is no signal. Many times i call our cable operator but unfortunately he doesn't pick up the phone and if he pick up the phone then he cannot listen our problems carefully and doing misbehaving verbally. I call many times at fastway customer care no. But i can't get any satisfactory results from fastway. So please solve this problem. Was this information helpful? | |||

My Cable provider not provide a HD BOX FROM 3 FEB 2019
not given any reciept of payment
Since last 4 months i am regular requesting Fastway team & local cable operator to provide me HD setup box as per TRAI new rule but in spite of my regular request Fastway has not provided all channels of my choice pack against my MAC no 118550F5407F9 and not given any receipt of payment
I have approached every level of fastway
