FastWay Transmission — not providing channels

Address:Ground floor ,Thakur Vatika, khalini ,shimla, 171001

We filled the form and selected channels according to the TRAI new rules, payment of channels has been done, but still our cable operator is not providing the channels, we contacted the company many times but they are always saying "we will check" from 1 month. We are getting channels which we dont watch and didnt paid for it, they are giving channels of there own choice only.
