FastWay Transmission — not solve complaint on time

My cable operator sampla distt rohtak haryana not give satisfactory services
He not solve the complaint on time and solve after 2-3 days and when i asked my complaint status he not give satisfactory answer and done misbehaved and not give satisfactory service
I am a regular customer of fast way for last 2 years please take necessary action
And give me a good, satisfactory and proper services
