My cable network not working from last 7 days approximately and showing error 111.
After making payment I complained regarding the same to the customer care almost 3 times and to the local dealer DS MULTIMEDIA ZIRAKPUR regarding the same that to also for almost 6 times.
They have no solution to this and no one is taking responsibility regarding the same. They have an excuse that site is not working.
Then i requested to disconnect my cable network. Even then no one has arrived even after 2 days. Was this information helpful? |
