I am consumer of fastway transmission services through Jolly cable ludhiana. The set top box interrupt services after some time. On continuous complaint the mechanic of jolly cable came and told that the set top box is faulty and will change on sunday 21.04.14 but no result today i made phone call various time to change the set top box but every time the answer was ` just coming` Now I want your involvement to resolve my problem.
