FastWay Transmission — regarding cable operator (b. s cable) ask for extra charges

We take a two channels (Star bhart & sony) total amount of they channels is 34.20 include gst including they channels i pay dth fee on monthly basis off rupees 190 but from this month our cable operator ask for 210 pay in future so please tell me way they prices is increased day by day and for what reason
