FastWay Transmission — Renew expired message on screen after paid 3000 at time for one year | |||
I have an connection of fastway cable.i given him 3000 advance money before got the connection.after 20 to 25 days it was appeared an error on screen(regarding expired reneiwed) .i called on customer care for complaint and got mobile no of cable operator. I called him and told him I given all advance 3000rs then why it will disconnected after 20 days and the owner name is also not me.he told me don't worry I will start it now, after one day (24th fab)he called me and told your cable is now no problem.after some days same massage again appeared.then I again called to customer care.they told me you have not sufficient balance so that's why it's disconnected.im request to u please refund my money and suspended the dealership this kind of fraud person(His name is harpreet) and mobile no [protected].i have two call records and 3 eye witness of the operator got money from me.please take a action against this kind of irresponsible persons I shell very thank full to you regards Arvinder kumar I'd 4COF7573 BANK COLONY .H NO 154 ATAM NAGAR LUDHIANA Was this information helpful? | |||
