Dear Sir/Madam, This is reagarding the no service of fastway cable connection, as from last 30 days fastway network in not working, i have callled to your customer service and area service person many times but not satisfy answer, no techician came to correct. If there is no service please let us know. We have two set top box installed is our home. Local service person also not worrying about. We are loosing too much because of not working fastway cable.
