[Resolved] Fedbank Financial Services Ltd — Interest charges on gold loan

I K.VARAPRASADARAO Customer ID 91875 took gold loan vide Ac.No.FEDVNS0GL0209144 from Vanasthalipuram branch in Hyderabad on 12.10.2015 for Rs.45000 at 12% P.A interest rate and repaid it on 07.11.2015 m but to my surprise they charged Rs.460 for 26 days Rs.385 whey raised this with staff they said they can't do anything since the system shows as Rs.460

Is this come under cheating clients and i am going to complain at Consumer forum
