On 24th nov 2021 around 9 pm I received a call from a fraudulent who introduce himself as my relative he knows my sister's name after a normal conversation he asked me to become a member of his online company I refused and end the call after few min he send me a QR code as soon as I opened that code without submitted OTP I lost rs 5000 after 2 months I came to know that his name is Kapil Jain and he is a customer of federal Bank. My axis Bank did not support me in this matter RBi Ombusement already close the case and blocked my I'd so that I can't complaint again please help me out and refund my money to my account.

They not resolved the complaint yet i received a mail from support @federal bank in that reply they just written me to corporate in the investigation which is continuing by Sushant golf City police station and cyber cell hazratganj.
Federal Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Presto I am feeling helpless and disturbed after four months even now you are asking me to update my complaint.if any necessary step taken by any one then after 120 days the issue has been resolved and I get back my money in my account.
