[Resolved]  Federal Bank — Account inaccessible/frozen

Hello Federal Bank, I have been using FI Bank and my account was rendered inaccessible some time ago, When I tried contacting them, They said it was done from Federal Bank, Can you please let me know the reasons for the same and the resolution process of the same, I having a lot of trouble due to non access of funds and due to no response from anyone
