[Resolved] Federal Bank — Amazon Purchase | |
I have purchased items on amazon on 11th November. when i made the payment, it was successful but after sometime i got message from the amazon to revise the payment. The amount has been deducted Rs. 1759 from my account. When i approached the customer center of federal bank, they told to drop email to [protected]@federalbank.co.in. I have send 15 email & did not get even single reply from them.
I have contacted amazon& gave all the payment reference number also they told me the bank hold the payment & did not pay to their third party financial provider.
Calling federal bank customer service is also useless. Really fed up with the federal bank. Was this information helpful? | |
