[Resolved] Federal Bank — Amount Debited but transaction failed | |
On 30/04/2021 At 15:37:39 I have spend Rs.1004 on a wesite called buytestseries with order ID[protected]. Client Number-91-[protected]. After entering Debit card details and OTP the screen showed a 504-Gateway Timeout Error. After a few Minutes i.e at 15:44 I received a message form Federal bank stating the said amount i.e Rs.1004 had been deducted from my bank account.Then i consulted the client i.e buytestseries and they reponded saying that at their end it shows in FAIL status and In such error cases, the amount will be auto credited with in 5-7 working days. But its been 15daysand my Money hadnt yet Refunded.and Hereby I am providing the screenshots of the Gateway timeout error, the amount deducted and My account on clients website Please do the necessary.
