From Shaji joseph Azhikannickal (H) Ansha Bhavan Near card bank Thazhepalam .Tirur Malappuram, 676101 email .[protected]@gmail.com Ph.[protected] To Consumer complain forum Kerala Sub;complaint aganist a bank manager Respeted sir, I am Mr Shaji joseph an account holder fedaral bank thalakkadathothoor branch in malappuram (Dist, )from 16/08/2002, here by submitting a complint aganist the bank manager of fedarel bank thalakkadathoor branch, I have a s/b account in thalakkadathor branch with a/c no.[protected] On 05/11/2014 I have requsted for a chek book in this banch, but the manager regectd the request saying that He will not allow, he say you are not enauf balance iceu chek book, I have explained my situation ti the manager, I said sir you please see my account sir, From 2002 in every month dipposit more than Rs:7000 ather person, in every month morethan five atm Txn, esterday also i use atm withdro rs.1000, ttomarow will get this month diposit sir, .Today my atm card blokked .after 48hrs only start working said that custemer centre sir, I have some Trn, tumaro sir, .He not heard my request and explenation.
