Federal Bank — Deduction of 5782 as ecs charges

I took a loan for 2 wheeler and the amount has to be auto deduct from the bank but after my 1st emi i had a talk customer service that I want to cancel it because I was paying the amount in cash to the lender and guy told me that it will get cancelled within 24 hours and it was cancelled in May 2022 but after a year on 2nd August 2023 they deducted the amount of Rs.413. Fourteen times if you're saying that we have cancelled why the has been deducted.i want the refund 5782 is not a small amount. This my Account details:
