Federal Bank — Forex card automatic closure | |
Hi, I had bought a forex supercard of federal bank from a dealer last year which was valid till 2024. I was supposed to travel this year but it got cancelled due to the pandemic. I had significant amount of euros loaded in the card. At the start of august the company closed the card and the dealer informed me that the money corresponding to the amount in my card will be returned to my bank account. However, it has been 3 weeks since I sent the details and am trying to follow up there has been no contact from the company, the dealer just asks me to mail and that he will forward it to the company. I have tried mailing the forexsupercard email id as well and have recieved no response. Was this information helpful? | |
