[Resolved] Federal Bank — IMPS transfer awaiting response.

I transferred 500rs on 18/10/2020 at 3:14 AM and the party didn't received the money yet but the money has debited from my account but not reflecting in the statement. Tried with the customer care but not helpful and they insisted me to go to the branch, which under the present lockdown condition and being from a hotspot area is risky.
