Dear Sir, I am running my current & other accounts at your Ranchi Branch since starting of Ranchi Branch.Today I had gone to Ranchi Branch for some work & discussed with Mr. Rohit Kumar in the meanwhile Mr. Santosh Kumar Ranchi branch staff badly misbehave with me, he doesn't know how to talk with customer. I had already sent mail to Ranchi Branch & you can also verify with other officers at Ranchi Branch what matter was there when Mr. santosh Kumar misbehaved with me, that time Mr.sarkar, Mr. rohit Kumar officers of Ranchi branch were present there.
