[Resolved] Federal Bank — Money debited and transaction unsuccessful

I transacted using fedmobile upi and the money was debited not credited to respective account and transaction unsuccessful. Contacted customer care and they told me that it will be refunded either to my account or shop's account. Since I am leaving this place for some time I don't know it will be refunded to me or not. This was a very bad experience and I was in a bad situation
