Federal Bank — Online fraudsters account in Federal Bank

1 A fraudster account is residing at Federal Bank, Velachery Branch, Chennai vide account No. [protected] Smt.Manimeghala.as per the report received from Cybercell 16 times cyber fraud reported in this account. Still you are maintaining that account with you. In my case I have informed the same to your bank in due time through email ([protected]@federalbank.co.in) vide my email id and my cousin's e mail id ([protected]@gmail.com) to Federal Bank, Velacherry Branch, Chennai alongwith my cyber complaint No.[protected] on 21.12.2023 at 14.55 p.m. Also I have submitted a complaint to your Headquarters e mail id :[protected]@federalbank.co.in on 22.12.2023. But you have taken no steps to block that account and to recover the amount from their credit balance and it is seen that the Federal Bank Manager had taken action in the fake account only on 26.12.2023 13.15 P.M . By that time the fraudster transferred all the credit balance to other accounts. Bank is protecting the fraudsters.
