Sir,
I have recharged postpaid bill through mobikwik in federal bank debit card.
The transaction is showing unsuccessful but my account has been debited rs.482.10. The postpaid bill has not recharged yet.
Plz go through the complaint and credit the amount as early as possible. Transaction reference are mentioned below.
1. Paid from card (#orderid:5698f03f276a6) rs.482.10

2. Refund from mobikwik
Transaction id: bss[protected] on 04.03.2018 rs.100
