I am a account holder of federal bank bhopal branch. I have been a account holder of bhopal branch for almost ten years. I have been very happy with federal bank services and employees but recently i am disappointed and angry with the behavior of a federal employee. The treatment she gives to customers are very rude as if we are her servants. This is not the first time it is happening and i am not the only one. Her tone, way of talking and behavior with us is very wrong. I need you people to take strict action action against her so this sort of treatment that i got, no other customer will get. Whenever i come to bank the i need my day to be good and not bad which by the way is happening to me whenever i go to deposit or to transfer money. She behaves to me as if i am taking her's money or something. I don't know this particular employee gives me such a treatment.
I dealing with my hard earned money and not hers or the banks.
I hope strict action is taken against her.
