[Resolved]  Federal Bank — transfer of money against electrical bill

Address:Ernakulam, Kerala

Today i had paid electricity bill (L2809-KSEBLT Collection) of Rs 1459.62 and the same has been deducted from mu account.But the electricity bill remains unpaid.I have checked with the electricity office regarding the same but got information that it has not been paid.
