Fern And Petals — Delivery not done

i had made a fixed time delivery order with FnP, for gurgaon -Sec 44.

I was informed the cake choice limitations i have for the delivery before 11 am.

when i tried to track the order i was told the oder would be delayed by 30 mins, and would be given complimentary flowers along( who needed that anyways)
when i tried to check at 11: 30 am i was told there is a delay and would be delivered at 11: 45 am, anyways !!! i again contacted FnP around 11: 45 am i was told due to some accident the cake was destroyed and they would be preparing the cake and delivering it by 12 noon.

no one has given any contact details of the delivery guy, i think they are fraud ppl ... either it was never possible to get that delivered or it was never prepared .

then WHY charge me ...you should have simply told me that FnP dont deliver before 12 noon.

whats the use of ordering ?????

i even offered i would get it delivered to there office ., ., ...they enjoy it as if its late its of no use for me ...party over...

i want full refund of my money i was cheated...but who to contact????
