Fern And Petals — Product not delivered on time and now showing status consignee not available

Hi, I have placed my order from FNP on 10th Feb 2015 inGuwahati Occassion Valentine and they promised me to place my order on time i.e 14th Feb 2015 so i gave my home Address but they are unable to do so .Even though they dispatch my order from their home location on 16th Feb 2015 which reach on 18th Feb 2015 and afterwards their courier partner Blue dart person is saying your Consignee is not available at mentioned place .When i asked FNP whether you call consignee or not, as consignee may not present at location, he refused and said i will not call why we will and i will go one more time afterwards i will cancel your order and you will not refund for your order.This is not at all a professional behavior and their excetive is too rude Looking like they donot want to deliver and make money like this only.
