I have purchased FRANKLIN TAXSHIELD (G) and my Folio no. is[protected]SIP). The plan started on 14.07.16. I already invested 6000/-.
When I purchased this plan, the finedge executive told me that I can close it anytime if I will not satisfied. Now their executive told me that after 3 years of locking period i will be get the amount. For 4 month they deducted extra amount from my invested value. Their web site also not provide much more information. Even it will take 2 days for update the current value. I already invest dsp mutual fund. Compare to them finedge service is very poor. Want to close this plan as soon as possible. Also want the amount which I already invested. Was this information helpful? |
