Fire-boltt — Received a Defective smartwatch and issue not resolved even after complaining

I ordered Fire-Boltt Talk Ultra smartwatch on 24th March and received it on 27th march from its official website. But unfortunately the side button of the watch was not working at all and the battery was draining very rapidly. It did not last for an hour.
Now also I am facing the same issue.

I have mailed them as well and waited for 10-12 days, then they asked me to share photos, I shared with them as well but then they are saying that they did not received it and I will have to go to their service center in my city.
I visited that as well but they told me that Fire Boltt only offers replacement to 1 out of 10 customers and they will not solve my issue.

Even their customer care number doesn't transfer call to any support executive.
Please provide me a replacement for my product or refund my money as soon as possible
