I have Firefox Target 2008 model and I have given it for servicing in Firefox Service Station Kohinoor Sales Agency Powai. But it is not serviced properly according to my expectations. I have spent around Rs. 5000 for servicing and replacing some parts. Cycle's brake is making different kind of noises while braking and gear is not working properly. They even not washed my cycle. Not expected this kind of service from your authorized service centers. Firefox Team kindly educate your outlets to service cycles properly, road side cycle wala is doing good servicing then you and in minimum cost. Firefox after sales service is pathetic. Your after sales support and the attitude of your dealers and employees are not good for your company. This is my honest feedback.
