The gears of my cycle are not working properly. It was working fine till the warrenty time but suddenly 1st gear started making noise. Iwent to the near firefox showroom. They said that its too late the shop going to close please come next morning. 2-3days later i went and told my problem they said that they will resolve but they couldn't. On monday i came with my father and they told that the cycle should be service and the problem will be included without extra charges. The charge was 550. Next day i went to take my cycle and they told that the are not working properly, they couldn't repair it.
They took full charge but not don the work properly
