I have booked a flat in Mantri Webcity Hennur last year. The flat was purchased on a pre EMI scheme, where the builder pays for the EMI until the position of the flat. The flat position date was Jan 2015. We received a letter from Mantri saying the position is delayed until September 2015. Looking the the current progress the property wont be completed until December 2016.
My pre EMI is stopped since Jan 2015. Currently i have to pay rent as well as EMI on 100 % property value although the property is no where close to completion. This has put in financial mess and i am mentally disturbed. I feel soon i would be heading towards bankruptcy.
Kindly help me in getting pre emi until the property is handed over to me. I am first time buyer of a house. I come from a middle class family.
