I sent several mails to FFCL but yet not received any response. The detailed mail stream is as below. Hi Team, I have an important document need to be submit to office with original verification within due date. The document prepared and couriered by Gov. organization on dated 8th Nov 2015. from Mumbai. The Shipment has arrived to Destination Nagpur on 9th of Nov 2015. And till today (24th Nov - 2015) I yet not received the shipment. Again one Important thing: The Delivery boy for the shipment called me on Sunday dated 22 Nov- 2015. @15:24 PM from no[protected] and what he said that Please come to a stop Chhota tajbagh (near to my home address but not on walking distance ) to collect your shipment. When I said I don’t have any vehicle right now to come, he said that the shipment will be delivered late again. Is this the way First Flight Courier delivering the Shipments?? Please find below Screenshot for the same and please let me know how many more days I need to wait for this?? Please register this as my complaint and share the acknowledgment with complaint no ASAP.
