[Resolved] First Flight Courier — item lost between the shipment | |||
I ordered the true sole loafers by flipksrt on 15th Dec, order has been confirmed and dispatched on 18th Dec and got the mail that order would be delivered on 22nd Dec and got the first flight reference no.F991Q0757378, but on 22nd I haven't got my order. I made a call to flipkart customer support and the executive advised me to wait till the evening of 22nd but I neither got the order in evening nor on 23rd Dec. I mailed the customer support and got the reply that issue would be resolved before 27th Dec. I wrote again to customer support that I need my item before Christmas but reply was the same. On 25th Dec my issue is been solved very dramatically, Customer care executive made a call and said that item could not be delivered as it was lost by first flight courier and I should cancel my order. I said I need the item but he left me only option with the cancelation of my order. The incident spoiled my Christmas as well as new year also. I lost my lot of time after this shipment issue. Finally I got my refund but the role of first flight courier service is remained very shameful in this drama. As it is a courier service so careful and committed despatch of goods should be the first and final job. Anil Thomas Was this information helpful? | |||
