First Flight Courier — poor service by courier office

my first flight Consignment No. is D991Q2175459. I called them .They are saying that item is not dispatched from delhi first flight courier office. why its going too late ..its so poor service .i request you please use post office for dispatched item. i think my item get by me so late.i am so sad . i booked my item on 13 feb and estimate deliverd date is 23feb 2015.very poor service by courier office i have already credit money their account
