[Resolved] First Flight Courier Service — Product not delivered | |||
I have ordered a product online from JABONG, it was dispatched by FIrst Flight Courier on 7th March from Guragon. Assignment no is o[protected]. I have not recieved the product, I have checked the status online but it's showing In Transit only. I have even called up the customer care, but they only misleaded me by telling to call this office or that office to check. The Gurgaon officials told me it should have been delivered, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE WHEN I HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT AND I CHECKED WITH THE BHILAI BRANCH ALSO AND THEY HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT EITHER. I am really disappointed the First Flight courier service and the customer care. Please let me know the status of my assignment.
