First Flight Courier Services — Parcel lost / never reached, shoddy customer care

Customer care does not care and lack basic training on how to deal with customer. They deny accepting that consignment is lost and decline request for refund. First Flight closed the matter by putting consignment "delivered" on its portal (backdated to 2-Sep-2013) which is far away from reality.
