First Flight Couriers — 8 days passed.. Still waiting for my courier to be delivered.

I sent a courier J991M4415182 from Lucknow on 9/8/2016 to Assam. Its been 8 days and its still on kolkata airport. I contacted the company and they said that our company employees in kolkata are on a hike and ur courier will not be delivered until the hike ends.
