Package booked on 13/11/17 still undelivered. There is no status after 15/11/17 after being received at mumbai. I have been constantly following up on e mail with some mr. Manjrekar who never responds. This shows insensitivity from the said courier company who does not care for customers important and critical package. Such companies should be barred from doing business and playing with customers time and money. Hope this complaint reaches the right person who can help me and resolve my issue.
