Dear Sir, We are a regular customer of your courier & we have booked a consignment vide your POD No.B991A0062949 on Dt.15/05/2015 at Marol Hub Mumbai, despatched for Kolkata on Dt.16/05/2015 & it was received by kolkata hub on 18/05/2015 as per track record shown on your site, but not delivered till date. Unfortunately we called at your kolkata hub regarding delay in delivery during interaction with Miss Madumita Das mobile No.[protected] said you may complian to any body if you call again your parcel will be more delay in delivery the conversation was recorded by our exexcutive. This type of attitude by your executive may loose your clients take necessary action at your earliest with aplogy by your executive. Otherwise we will complain this matter to cosumer forum.
