First Flight Couriers — Complaint about the executive's bad and unethical behavioral manners who had [protected] as his contact number | |||||
Hi first flight team, My first flight tracking id: d991q3942489 I found the status online as "out for delivery" since 26-may-2016 10:42 am, but not delivered still as on this email written (28-may-2016 8 pm). I contacted the corresponding courier region who had the contact number as "[protected]" who behaved very bad. I have asked him for the courier, he said "all the delivery persons are on leave". I have also informed that i (Nobody to receive the courier) would not be available from 30-may-2016 for the next 1 week. I explained him that i will reach and receive my courier, when i called him on (28-may-2016, 5 pm) for getting to know the address to collect my courier, he did not receive my call (Tried 10 times of which 2 times not received, and other 8 times blocked my number). Again when i called him at 7:30 pm on the same day (28-may-2016), he received the call stating, "it is not possible to receive the courier now." When i asked alternative, he states, "i can't repeat the same thing to you as all the delivery person are on leave". I told him, "i will raise a complaint". He said, "raise wherever you want to do". This is such a poor experience and extremely dissatisfied experience from first flight courier. I really do not understand with what courage they speak so. Feel ashamed of the executive spoke to me (Very poor behavioral manners of such person). I definitely require this particular issue to be investigated. I also seriously warn him about his poor way of behavior. Better do not repeat it in future. Eventually, also demand reason for the delay of delivery, even if it has been stated as "out for delivery". Also mind, i could not wait for the delivery person who don't even have courtesy to send a message or call and explain me about the delay.
